A hedge fund was spending lots of time and effort consolidating the data from several external administrators in order to keep track of individual investor’s accounts.

Our Solution

Synetec developed a secure web-based system that imported the data on a monthly basis from all external administrators. All transactions could then be matched to individual investors and graphical investor reports generated. Intuitive categorisation of investors made it very easy for the system to show key information such as institutional investors, high net worth individuals, fully redeemed investors, etc…

Results and Benefits

The time required each month to manage the administrators’ accounts were greatly reduced. The Marketing department had easy access to valuable investor data from anywhere in the world.
