IT Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an extremely well organised person with leadership qualities that can fulfill a crucial role in Synetec’s future, we need this individual to take ownership of delivery and work with our team to get them performing at their best.  They need to embrace and thrive in taking on the challenge of a small growing company with many exciting projects and interesting clients. The company is expanding and we want someone that can grow with us and play a leading role in keeping our increasing list of clients happy and our team delivering in a positive and motivated environment. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role for a motivated diligent individual who wants to utilise their potential.

 

Key Professional Experience:

  • Getting projects delivered
  • Managing client’s projects, their requirements and the surrounding reporting and communication
  • Interface between clients, 3rd party vendors and the delivery team
  • Using Agile SCRUM to manage projects and run stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives
  • Chairing internal and external meetings, creating and circulating accurate and timely meeting minutes
  • Producing project timelines and estimates
  • Monitoring of project budget and deadlines
  • Management of business analysis and quality assurance functions
  • Identifying and resolving impediments to keep the team working efficiently
  • Assignment of tasks and resources
  • Monitoring of tasks and resources
  • Client Project Status Reporting
  • Project Resource, Budget and Status Reporting
  • Identifying and Implementing new/changes to existing processes
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to keep them happy while they are delivering

 

Essential Development Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years UK Project Management experience required
  • Experience in managing delivery of Agile/SCRUM Projects
  • Experienced and thrives in dealing with clients and keeping them happy
  • A leader that takes on full ownership and is comfortable with responsibility
  • Experience in monitoring project budgets and schedules
  • Extremely well organised and administratively diligent

  • Salary of £38,000 to £45,000  depending on experience
